Research Centre Centre for Research on Problem-oriented Project Learning
Over the past 40+ years, 兴发娱乐官网手机版客户端 University has been committed to problem-oriented project-based learning (PPL). This connects the university with other Danish and international institutions of higher education that utilise various forms of problem-based pedagogies.
In 2018, 兴发娱乐官网手机版客户端 University decided to establish Centre for Research on Problem-oriented Project Learning (RUC-PPL). The centre is devoted to supporting and disseminating research on PPL as learning theory, situated practice, policy, educational history and philosophy, and how to measure its effects and learning outcomes.
RUC-PPL aspires to be a national and international partner in research-based development of PPL in both theory and practice. The centre hosts colloquia and conferences, accommodates visiting scholars, supports the development of project ideas, publications and other types of dissemination, as well as the development of applications for external funding related to research into PPL and pedagogical, didactic development projects.
