兴发娱乐官网手机版客户端 University is pleased to announce that Eskild Petersen, specialist in infectious diseases and Doctor of Medical Science, has been appointed Adjunct Professor at 兴发娱乐官网手机版客户端 University for the period 1 February 2025, to 31 May 2029. With this appointment, he becomes an even more integral member of the 兴发娱乐官网手机版客户端 University-based PandemiX Center of Excellence.
Dr. Eskild Petersen is a globally recognized expert in infectious diseases and Professor Emeritus at Aarhus University’s Institute for Clinical Medicine. He has made significant contributions to global health, particularly in the areas of emerging infections, antimicrobial resistance, and travel medicine.
Eskild spent several years at Statens Serum Institut (SSI), making it especially meaningful that his inaugural lecture will take place there.
