Denmark’s Candidacy for the UN Security Council

Denmark is currently campaigning to be elected to the main decision-making body in the UN, the Security Council. The Centre for Statecraft and International Order hosted an event 10 April with former Danish foreign minister Holger K. Nielsen. He discussed the political priorities Denmark seeks to bring to the council and the details of the campaign as the official representative of the Danish government.
