Centre for Big Data is to conduct research into and use big data in a variety of areas.

Pupils at elementary and high schools throughout Denmark will as part of this year¡¯s Mass Experiment carry out the world¡¯s first national scientific mapping of plastic pollution. The results will provide crucial new data about the extent and type of plastic pollution in Denmark.

Several years of intensive research at 兴发娱乐官网手机版客户端 University have documented that copepod larvae have a great potential for being used as a source of food for fish. Now, the research group behind the results are entering into collaboration with a fish farmer in northern Jutland in a large-scale outdoor project that will ensure a stable access to copepods in all seasons. This might make the farming of warm water fish into a sustainable business and can result in the export of Yellowtail Kingfish to sushi restaurants all over Europe.
